Your Romeo™ or Juliet™ machine by Siser® is guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for the Warranty Period.
In accordance with applicable European consumer protection laws, the Warranty Period is a period of two (2) years from the date of delivery to end-users through authorized distributors or retailers of Siser® located within the European Union or European Economic Area (EU/EEA). In the event the machine does not conform to this warranty during the warranty period (“Non-Conforming Product”), you must notify your authorized distributor or retailer as soon as reasonably possible. The notice must include details regarding the defect and supporting documentation. Additionally, Siser®, or its authorized distributor or reseller, may request, and you must provide, evidence of the original purchase date of the Product to confirm it is within the Warranty Period.

Thanks to adjustable pinch rollers, you’re not limited to a specific cut area. Utilize the entire width of the cutter for your projects. Cut with or without a cutting mat.
Use the built-in presets for most of the Siser materials. If you use materials such as cardstock or paper, you can create your own custom settings so they’re just a press away!
