Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in the same condition you received them.
  • Returns must be unused, with tags (if applicable), and in original packaging.
  • Returns must be booked via your online account.
  • All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

How to Start a Return

  1. Locate your order in your online account.
  2. Select Manage.
  3. Click Request Return.
  4. Choose all items and quantities you'd like to return.
  5. Select your return reason from the dropdown.
  6. Submit your request.

Once submitted, a member of our customer service team will review your request. If approved, you’ll receive return instructions by email.

You are responsible for covering the cost of your return. We recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of postage until your return has been received.

Damages & Issues

Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if:

  • The item is damaged
  • You received the wrong item
  • An item is missing from your order

Please email us with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll either issue a refund or send a replacement at no cost to you. If we sent the wrong item, we’ll arrange collection of the incorrect item and send the correct one.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom printed or made-to-order items (once production has started)
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Digital downloads
  • eGift cards

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please:

  1. Return the original item in perfect condition.
  2. Place a new order for the item you want.

You are responsible for return postage. eGift cards are non-exchangeable.

Change of Mind

If you’ve changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer need it:

  • You can return it within 14 days
  • A 15% restocking fee will apply
  • You are responsible for return postage
  • Original shipping fees will not be refunded
  • eGift cards cannot be cancelled or refunded

Refused or Undeliverable Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable or you refuse delivery:

  • A refund will be issued for the product value only
  • The original shipping cost will not be refunded
  • Any return-to-sender fees (e.g. £19 for DPD) will be deducted from your refund
  • If the parcel is not returned, you are liable for the full cost of the goods

Refused Deliveries Due to Estimated Delivery Delays

We do not guarantee delivery dates. All shipping timeframes are estimated (e.g. 3–5 working days). If a parcel is refused due to courier delay, it must still be successfully returned to us before any refund is issued.

Refunds will be issued minus the original shipping fee and any courier return costs. We are not responsible for refused parcels that are lost or undelivered back to us.

EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days, no reason needed.

  • Items must be in original, unused condition
  • Tags and packaging must be intact
  • You must cover return shipping and any taxes

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Note: All eGift Cards are non-refundable.
