Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern your use of our website. Please read them in full before using this website. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our site. Continued use confirms your acceptance.

1. Website Access

1.1 Registration is not required for most of the website; however, some areas may require a registered account.

2.1 This website is for your personal use only, in accordance with these terms.
2.2 You may print/download material for personal use only. Modification or reproduction requires prior written consent.

3. Website Uptime

3.1 We aim to keep the site operational but are not liable for downtime.
3.2 Advance notice of maintenance is provided where possible.

4. Visitor Submitted Material

4.1 Visitor content is non-proprietary and non-confidential.
4.2 You must not submit illegal, offensive, or harmful material.
4.3 We cooperate with law enforcement where necessary.

5. Links to/from Other Websites

5.1 External links are followed at your own risk.
5.2 Linking to our website is allowed under specific conditions, including not misrepresenting affiliation and avoiding offensive content.

7. Exclusion of Liability

7.1 We are not liable for loss or damage from use of the website.
7.2 Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Shipping

8.1 Orders will be delivered within 30 days of order placement.
8.2 Please allow up to 10 working days from dispatch for delivery.
8.3 Orders placed before 12pm (Mon–Fri) aim to dispatch the same day. During busy periods, please allow up to 5 working days.
8.4 Shipping service selection (e.g. next-day) applies after dispatch. Postage fees will not be refunded unless the 5-day dispatch window has been exceeded.
8.5 Address errors must be reported before dispatch. We are not liable for incorrect or incomplete addresses. Refunds will only be issued if the item is returned to us, minus the original postage and any courier return fees.
8.6 Undeliverable parcels that are returned to us will not be resent. A refund for the product value will be issued, minus the original postage and any courier return charges (e.g. DPD charges £19).
8.7 If you refuse delivery of a parcel, it must be successfully returned to us in its original condition before any refund is issued. We are not responsible for parcels that are refused but not returned. If a refused parcel is lost or not delivered back to us, no refund will be issued. Customers remain liable until the parcel is safely received by us. Refunds for refused deliveries will be processed minus the original shipping cost and any return-to-sender fees charged by the courier (e.g. DPD charges £19 for return).
8.8 Refused Deliveries Due to Estimated Delivery Delays
We do not guarantee delivery dates. All delivery timeframes are estimates (e.g. 3–5 working days). If a parcel is refused due to courier delay, it must still be successfully returned to us before any refund can be issued. Refunds will be issued minus the original shipping fee and any courier return costs. We are not responsible for refused parcels that are lost or not delivered back to us.
8.9 Missing Parcel Claims
If your parcel hasn’t arrived, you must report it to us within the following timeframes from the dispatch date:

  • DPD: 10 calendar days
  • Royal Mail: 10 calendar days
  • Evri: 14 calendar days
    These are the maximum claim windows set by our courier partners. Claims made after these deadlines are not eligible for compensation, replacement, or refund — no exceptions. Please monitor your tracking, check safe places and with neighbours, and notify us immediately with your order number if you suspect a delivery issue.

9. Pricing

9.1 Prices may change without notice.
9.2 If a pricing error is discovered before dispatch, you will be notified and given options to proceed. Lack of response may result in automatic cancellation.
9.3 Prices exclude VAT and delivery costs.

10. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

10.1 You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving goods.
10.2 To cancel, notify info@gabvinyls.co.uk within 14 days. Returns must be pre-approved.
10.3 Goods must be returned unused and at your own cost unless faulty.
10.4 A refund will be issued within 14 days of return.
10.5 Custom items are non-refundable once production begins.
10.6 Faulty goods should be returned via Royal Mail 2nd Class. We will refund the return postage.

11. Return Address

Return address details will be included in your return approval email. Include your name and order number.

12. Order Non-Acceptance

An order may be refused if:

  • The item is out of stock
  • Payment is not authorised
  • There is a pricing or product error
  • Order criteria are not met

13. Copyright & Trademarks

13.1 Website content is protected and may not be copied without consent.
13.2 G.A.B Vinyls is a registered trademark. Unauthorised use will be legally addressed.

14. Changes to Terms

14.1 We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the website confirms your acceptance of any changes.

15. Governing Law

15.1 These terms are governed by English law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
