📦Delivery Policy
Order Processing
We aim to dispatch orders the same day if placed before 12pm (Monday to Friday). During busier periods, please allow up to 3 working days for dispatch. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday may not be dispatched until the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).
Orders that contain patterned vinyl are custom printed for each order. Please allow 2 working days for dispatch. If you need other items sooner, please place a separate order.
Please note:
• All delivery timeframes are estimated and not guaranteed.
• Working days do not include weekends or public holidays.
• Shipping charges apply to the delivery method used after dispatch and do not guarantee a specific dispatch timeframe.
Once your order is packed, you’ll receive a dispatch email. Parcels are collected Monday to Friday between 2–3pm. If you receive a dispatch email on a weekend or public holiday, your order will be collected the next working day.
Estimated Delivery Timescales
Delivery times start from the date of dispatch, not the date or order. Times are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays, customs checks or seasonal demand.

Back Orders
If an item in your order is unavailable at the time of dispatch, it will be placed on back order. Your dispatch email will confirm which items have been sent. Back-ordered items will be shipped as soon as they are back in stock.
You can view your order status via your online account. If you no longer require a back-ordered item, reply to your dispatch email and we’ll cancel and refund the item.
PSV Pre-Orders
Pre-orders run from Tuesday 3:30pm to the following Tuesday at 3:30pm. Once the pre-order closes, the items are ordered and may take up to 15 working days to arrive.
Orders containing pre-order items will be held until all items are ready. If you want other items sent sooner, please place a separate order.
Add-On to Order
If you have an unfulfilled order, you can place an additional order and select “Add on to order” at checkout. Only choose this if you haven’t received a dispatch email. Once dispatched, we cannot combine orders.
If your add-on order increases the postage cost, we’ll email you an invoice for the difference. Your items won’t be dispatched until the invoice is paid.
Postage Charges
Shipping costs are based on total order weight.
Orders over £25 are sent via a tracked service.
Important Notes:
• Delivery timescales apply after dispatch, not from the date of ordering.
• Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.
• Delivery estimates may vary depending on the courier.
• Standard delivery is not a guaranteed service.
Tracking Numbers
Economy & Standard are not trackable. For Tracked Deliveries the courier will provide tracking via email and/or text.
Delayed or Missing Orders
A parcel is considered missing after 10 working days in the postal system. Although most deliveries arrive sooner, we cannot offer a refund or replacement until this time has passed.
If your parcel hasn’t arrived, you must report it within the following timeframes from the dispatch date:
- DPD: 10 calendar days
- Royal Mail: 10 calendar days
- Evri: 14 calendar days
These are the maximum claim periods set by the couriers. Claims outside of these timeframes are not eligible for compensation, replacement, or refund — no exceptions.
Please monitor your tracking, check safe places and with neighbours, and contact us immediately with your order number if you suspect a delivery issue.
We are not responsible for direct or indirect loss caused by delayed or undelivered parcels, regardless of delivery method.
Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking shows that your order was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us at info@gabvinyls.co.uk.
We will forward you a Denial of Receipt Form, which must be completed and returned before we can raise a formal claim with the courier. This is required to proceed with any investigation or resolution.
Before contacting us, please check:
- Your safe places and delivery notes
- With neighbours or other household members
- Any alternate delivery locations or photo proof from the courier
Missed Deliveries & Refused Parcels
If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will leave instructions for re-delivery or collection. If the parcel is not collected or re-delivered within 14 days, it will be returned to us.
We do not resend undelivered parcels. A refund will be issued for the product value only, minus the original postage cost.
If the return incurs a courier fee (e.g. £19 with DPD), this will be deducted from your refund.
Refused Deliveries
If you refuse delivery and the package is not returned to us, you may be held liable for the full value of the goods. Refunds will only be processed once the parcel is returned to us in its original condition.
