Delivery Policy

Order Processing -

We aim to dispatch orders the same day if placed before 12pm Monday to Friday however during busier periods, please allow up to 3 working days for dispatch. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday may not be dispatched until the following Monday (excluding bank holidays)

For orders that contain patterned vinyl, these are custom printed for each order. Please allow 2 working days for dispatch. If you require the additional items sooner, please place a separate order.

*** Working days does not include weekends and public holidays.

*** The shipping charge is for the service used after dispatch and does not mean your order will leave before economy delivery orders

You will receive dispatch email once your order has been packed. Orders are collected by the delivery carriers between 2 and 3pm Monday to Friday. If you receive a dispatch email during the weekend or public holiday, your order will be collected on the next working day.

Back Order -

When you receive your dispatch email, this confirms which items are on the way to you. In the unfortunate event, an item you ordered isn't available at the time of dispatch, these will be placed on back order. You can also view your orders on your online account. Once we receive these items in stock, we will send to you the same day and a dispatch email will be sent to you to confirm it is on its way. If you no longer require the items on back order, please reply to your dispatch email and one of our customer service team will process a cancellation and issue a refund for this item. 

PSV Pre-orders -  

All pre-orders run from Tuesday 3.30pm to the following Tuesday at 3.30pm. Once the pre-order is closed, we will order your products and these can take upto 15 working days from this date. Once we receive these products in stock, they will be sent to you the same day. If you have other items in your order, these will be sent with your PSV pre-order products. If you require the additional items sooner, please place a separate order

Add on to order -

If you have an outstanding/unfulfilled order, you can place an additional order on our website and select add on to order in the postage section. Please only use this option if you haven't received a dispatch email. Once a dispatch email has been sent, we are unable to add to an order and a new order will need to be placed. 

If your add onto order has any additional postage costs, an invoice will be sent to you for the difference. Your order will not be dispatched until this invoice has been paid.

Postage charges - 

Postage costs are based on weight. Orders over £25 are sent using a tracked service. 

Please note

• Delivery timescales are based on when your order has been dispatched and not from the date you placed your order.

• Working days do not include weekends or public holidays.

• Delivery timescales maybe longer than estimated based on the individual carrier.

• Standard deliveries are not a guaranteed service.

Tracking Numbers

For our economy deliveries, these services are not a trackable service. Our tracked 1 - 3 & tracked 3 - 5 services the delivery company will email/text you with your tracking number.

Delayed or Missing orders

A parcel is considered missing after it has been in the postal system for a period of 10 working days. Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement/refund until this period of time has elapsed. We cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage incurred by a customer due to delayed or lack of delivery of goods regardless of the method of delivery.

It is your responsibility to make sure all shipping addresses are correct and complete. In the event of orders having incorrect addresses, please notify us as soon possible so we can amend this before shipping.

If an order is shipped, we will unfortunately be unable to change this. We are not liable for orders not arriving due to incorrect shipping addresses. This includes missing door numbers & incorrect postcode. Will only be able to issue a refund for orders that have been returned to us. A refund will be issued for the products only. If an order with an incorrect shipping address doesn’t arrive back to us, we will not be able to issue a refund.

If you’re not in

If you are not in at the time of delivery, a delivery note will be left asking you to contact the courier directly in order to arrange re-delivery at a convenient time or pick it up in person from the specified location. You will then have 14 days until the parcel is returned back to us as undeliverable. We do not resend packages that are returned to us as undeliverable. We will refund you for the value of the products ordered but not for the delivery charge. If the returned package has incurred a fee to return to us, this will be deducted from your refund. This will happen for orders sent with a courier like DPD.

Wrong or incomplete addresses

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will refund you for the value of the products ordered but not for the delivery charge. If the returned package has incurred a fee to return to us, this will be deducted from your refund. This will happen for orders sent with a courier like DPD.
