Do you accept returns?
Yes we accept returns of any unused products within 14 days after the day your items are delivered. Please notify us at email@example.com within 14 days from the day after your items were delivered to return your order. Returns that have not been booked in with our customer service team, won't be accepted and will be returned back to you.
Who pays for the return postage?
You will have to pay the postage fee to deliver goods back to us. Please be aware we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage during return. Please ensure your items are returned using a tracked service and you have also obtained proof of postage. Refunds for the products only will be issued within 14 working days from receiving your items back.
I've placed multiple orders on the website, can these be shipped together?
As long as your order hasn't already been packed, then we can combine your orders. The best way to contact us to arrange this is via our Facebook page.
Can I ship to a different address after I've placed my order?
Yes, if you send us a message before we dispatch your order, it will be shipped to your chosen address.
Can I add more items to my order?
Yes as long as we haven't shipped your order you can make an add on. The best way to contact us is via our Facebook page. As the postage is calculated by weight, there maybe an additional charge for the extra postage.
I have paid via Paypal eCheque what happens now?
If your order has been placed by Paypal eCheque your order will be placed "On Hold". An email explaining this will be sent to you with the estimated date Paypal has given for the payment to clear. Once the payment has cleared in our account, we will change your order status to "Pending" and dispatch your order within the time frames of our shipping policy.
Can you dispatch the order without the eCheque clearing?
We will never dispatch an order until full payment has been received for an order. This is recommended by Paypal as the payment maybe declined.
Can you cancel the eCheque so I can replace my order?
We are unable to cancel an eCheque. If you would like your order before the eCheque has cleared, you would need to place a separate order. Once the eCheque has cleared, we can then refund you if you no longer wish for the first order to be sent.
