We aim to dispatch orders the same day if placed before 12pm Monday to Friday however please allow up to 3 working days for dispatch.

You will receive dispatch email once your order has been packed. Orders are collected by the delivery carriers between 3 and 4pm Monday to Friday. If you receive a dispatch email during the weekend or public holiday, your order will be collected on the next working day.
Postage charges - postage costs are based on weight. Orders over £50 are sent using a tracked service.

For our standard deliveries, these services are not a trackable service. Our Express service is a tracked service and the delivery company will email/text you with your tracking number.
Delayed or Missing orders
A parcel is considered missing after it has been in the postal system for a period of 10 working days. Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement/refund until this period of time has elapsed. We cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage incurred by a customer due to delayed or lack of delivery of goods regardless of the method of delivery.
If you’re not in
If you are not in at the time of delivery, a delivery note will be left asking you to contact the courier directly in order to arrange re-delivery at a convenient time or pick it up in person from the specified location. You will then have 14 days until the parcel is returned back to us as undeliverable. We do not resend packages that are returned to us as undeliverable. We will refund you for the value of the products ordered but not for the delivery charge. If the returned package has incurred a fee to return to us, this will be deducted from your refund. This will happen for orders sent with a courier like DPD.
